Volunteer Fireman's
Pancake Breakfast
A pancake breakfast sponsored by the Camp Nelson Volunteer Fire Department will take place from 8 to 11 a.m. Sunday at the Camp Nelson Fire Station,
1500 Nelson Dr., Camp Nelson.
The cost is $6 for adults and
$3 for children under 10 years of age.

Mountain Festival
(First Weekend in August)

Join the fun at the Annual Mountain Festival, in the cool, fresh mountain air in Camp Nelson Meadow.
​
There will be games to play for the kids; as well as a children's Bounce House. Beautiful arts and crafts will be on display and for sale along with plenty of good food.
​
The Camp Nelson Volunteer Fire Department and the Camp Nelson Ambulance Association have their equipment on display.
​
There will be horseshoe tournaments, volleyball, and live music.

Camp Nelson and Ponderosa both host parades and BBQs to support the local volunteers.

Trick or Treat

Meet at Pierpoint Bar & Grill at 4:45 pm. Caravan to participants is from 5-7 pm.
Food and games at Slate Mountain Saloon after caravan.
